EYE Hortilux Website (Horticulture Lighting)
Launched in October 2017, this was a four month project intertwined with preparation for the trade show one month after the new website launch. There was a digital ad campaign tied to products on the new website.
This was a large project for EYE Lighting, because this site had been under the control of a third party for more than five years. We couldn’t change one word without sending off an Email and hoping the change was made as quickly as possible.
The VP of Sales & Marketing agreed with me that we should bring the other two websites under our control which meant hosting and content. We decided on the WordPress environment.
I was the main architect of the structure and navigation. I created the initial pages for all the categories, then worked with the marketing team to refine the look. We have a graphic artist who was responsible for much of the imagery involved.
